Buying a property is an exciting experience; it may also involve some concerns, be it in your home country or abroad. Our aim is to lighten these concerns, to give you absolute peace of mind: in your home country, we cannot do it, but here in Spain, we definitely can.

Who is "we" ? INSERT is a Swiss company based in Morges, on the shores of Lake Geneva. It has entrusted the undersigned (Jacques Gaillard) with the representation of its activities in Spain.

Almost all of us, INSERT 's correspondents, are non-Spanish Europeans, coming from Great Britain and many other countries. Most of us have been active in the Spanish properties' market for over ten years, and even the "youngest" counts with at least five years experience in his region.

With this experience:

• we know the pleasant emotions and less pleasant fears experienced by a foreigner when deciding to settle in Spain (we have been there)

Most importantly for you, we all speak English, (except in Lorca, but we always have found some way to communicate, and in addition, we can rely on an excellent English speaking lawyer over there).
