Charming bed and breakfast full of character for sale in a small Costa Blanca village near Denia in Spain. The property is located within the heart of an orange groves area with a strong high standard tourism development, and only fifteen minutes drive to the Denia beaches. This bed and breakfast last restoration has been led in 2005 and no other investment is needed.

You enter this bed and breakfast over the threshold of an antique solid wooden door. There, you will discover a large reception hall, floored with original ceramic mosaic (19th century). In front, the large ground floor sitting-room awaits you, also used as dining room when the meals are not served in the garden.

Crossing the sitting-room, you will arrive to a patio / garden, facing the swimming-pool, decorated with a lovely pergola where the breakfast and dinner are helped by nice weather. This floor also offers a guests lavatory, a laundry, a kitchen with office, as well as the first guests room, a suite with a small sitting-room and individual fireplace.

Above the staircase on your left hand when you enter the reception hall, you will find four additional guests rooms, one of which very spacious, with superb views either over the village or over the valley. A second sitting-room / library with a nice terrace is at disposal of your guests, completing the upper floor.

Each guests room of course is provided with its own bathroom (shower), a satellite TV set and a safe. Everywhere where it has been possible, the original terra-cotta floors and the old stone walls have been left apparent, underlining its rustic character and giving it an exceptional charm.

The owner's two storeys apartment lays against the bed and breakfast; it consists of a bathroom and two bedrooms, one used as office space. The comfort available to your guests is equivalent to a hotel of upper category, allied to the intimist character of a typical village bed and breakfast: central heating, reversible air conditioning, internet access by WiFi in the full house.

Surrounding a very nice patio, this property also could be transformed in a comfortable village residence.
