The main residence is fitted with a particularly efficient and silent air conditioning system, and partly with floor heating. Ceiling fans insure a cosy atmosphere in all seasons. The sitting-room of course is provided with a fireplace with insert, and the naya (glazed roofed terrace) also is heated.
The windows are fitted with wrought iron bars and security double insulating, also filtering glazing, and partly with electric shutters and mosquito nets.
