December 20th, 2002: houses in Spain

You receive this e-mail for one of the two following reasons:

1) either you wished to receive news from the site "INSERT, you deserve a safe house", http://www.insertcasa.com: it is now.

2) or you did not wish to receive news from the site "INSERT, you deserve a safe house"... What occurred ? I have formatted my hard disk, and in spite of the precautions taken, I've had surprises: among them, I found my address book in one block, totally mixed, mailing list included...

Should you not wish to receive news from my site anymore, please pardon the intrusion, and answer to this e-mail, mentioning "CANCEL INFOENGL" in the subject line. In the case you are sending your mail through another e-mail address than the one in which you received the news, please quote the original address.

News from the site: since September, more than thirty houses have been removed from the catalogue, and over fifty have appeared, in all the areas, and all classes of price. In theory, at the time of typing these lines, all the sold houses have been withdrawn.

There still is half a dozen villas on the "left corner of my desk", which will appear gradually, until the end of the year. During one of my tours along the Mediterranean coast, I concluded an agreement with a candidate as INSERT correspondent, in Alicante; thus, we soon should have a proper "Alicante" page, for places such as Campello, San Juan, Alicante and Gran Alacant.

I wish you a merry Christmas, a year 2003 full of health and desires converted into reality, as well as (should you make any) nice holidays.

Jacques Gaillard
