Madrid tourism officials are aware of this: there are not enough hotels in Madrid. As a result, hotel rooms are quite expensive.

Prices depending on the season: between 45 and 95 euros per night in a double room, plus breakfast (if you want it, there also is a cafeteria), 5 euros per person. My wife and I stayed there for several weeks between September 2019 and January 2020, and apparently never in high season, since we paid between 45 and 50 euros during the week and between 50 and 55 euros on Saturday evening.
Access: it is 28 km - 17 M from Plaza Puerta del Sol in the heart of the city, or 35 km - 19 M from the Madrid International Fair (“IFEMA”) or 42 km - 24 M from the “Adolfo Suarez” airport in Madrid-Barajas.
From Madrid, there are 7 motorways heading toward the province. Take the A-5 motorway, also called the Extremadura road (or Portugal road), which leads … to Portugal, and look for signposts toward Badajoz.
Take the exit 28, and go on over 400 metres - ½ mile until the access to the hotel. Should you accidentally pass the exit 28, take the exit 29, a kilometre - ½ mile further, and drive back on the normal road. It also is possible to reach the hotel Ciudad de Navalcarnero from behind (check with the staff that the gate is open), at the end of the street “Calle de la Ermita”.
The only point is that it is better to have a car. There certainly is an excellent public transport network in Madrid, the buses of which will drop you off in the centre of Navalcarnero, and you then can take a taxi (asking the driver to take you to the end of the street Calle de la Ermita, “Al final de la calle de la Ermita, por favor”, it will be cheaper).
Restaurant: the possibility exists to eat something in the hotel restaurant at night. There are also a few restaurants in the estate, a short kilometre - half a mile behind the hotel, northward.
