About the “property of the month”
The property of the month that appears below is presented (more or less once a month) sometimes because it offers an excellent quality-price ratio, and sometimes because we find it beautiful, or original. The September property had an excellent quality-price ratio, and triggered a well known phenomenon: questions.
I have nothing against questions, and am happy to answer them, but … while I answer, visitors who do not ask questions pass, and quickly one of them buys. This is what happened with V-2022 (September), when an interested prospect, convinced that he had discovered THE Spanish real estate he was looking for, came (barely 48 hours elapsed between his first questions and his visit) and without even trying to make an offer left a pre-instalment of a few thousand euro to make sure he would have his dream property on the Costa Blanca.
This is why, without wanting to induce anybody to rush (I come from a country whose inhabitants are said to be slow, the latter calling themselves “reflective”), if you also feel that you have found just what you need at a price matching your means, the wisest is, exceptionally, to make an appointment without waiting, and then to jump in a plane, to come and see.
Exceptionally also, we will try to attend you within 48 hours instead of the organizational deadline of a week that we usually prefer. Because, and this is a peculiarity of the Spanish real estate market, we seldom have these houses in exclusivity, and while we answer questions, a colleague may happen to sell the property that you liked so much.
This is what I have in mind, while offering you the October property: it is 25,000 euro (10%) more expensive, but also offers 10% more built surface and, located on the heights of a hill somewhat off the coast, offers a beautiful sea view.
