The “beige” houses
The INSERT correspondents are dynamic and additionally … the economy is recovering. We see properties coming back on the market, that had been removed by their owners while waiting for better days, and an acceleration of purchases from customers who feel the moment has come, not to wait any longer. As a result, an important catalogue movement brings new publications into a dead end: removing objects also takes time, during which incoming properties are queuing.
Thus, in the south of the Costa Blanca, between Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, over a hundred properties are waiting to be exhibited, and several will be sold before they even will have entered into the catalogue. There also are some more in other areas, but not in such a quantity.
To partly solve the problem, we decided to make an “advanced presentation”: these properties appear in the general catalogue of an area, but the detailed file is not published. This publication will occur based on the time available and the estimated interest of an object, OR on request from a reader: a simple email mentioning the reference number of the villa or apartment will do, without any obligation and I promise here not to follow up your file afterwards. These properties appear on a beige background to distinguish them from the others, and you will find an example on the Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa page.
For your editor this process has an additional virtue: to know that this work will have been useful to someone. And it motivates.
