The INSERT partners wish you, if you happen to make any, good holidays, and to find all the satisfactions you are expecting from this long awaited moment. Meanwhile, we work on a somewhat quieter basis: on one hand, the temperature is higher (and the soil seems lower) than usual, and more seriously, many properties awaiting their sale are rented, in summer, hence difficult to visit.
And there is another phenomenon: we pay great attention to the pictures exhibited here, and when these properties, be it a villa or an apartment, offer sea views, the latter is somewhat altered by the haze due to the heat, on the shore and on the sea. This is why we sometimes postpone the shooting of these properties until september.
