Just as in the stock exchange when things go bad, everything has lowered. But a reaction is taking place, according to the kind of properties concerned: apartments and flats, built in Spain in large quantities with the hope of important profits may possibly plummet even more, whereas individual villas and detached houses, produced for individualistic minded never have been over-built. As a result, we start to difficultly find detached properties between € 220,000 and 360,000, which sell quite well, and the prices are on to stabilize. Plus, if you happen to come from the sterling area, you now can enjoy a relatively better rate on the euro, better at least than a few years ago. The property of the month proposed below is at 250,000 euros (i.e. 200,000 pounds approximately), plus purchase costs, some 7% instead of 10% in this particular case, for the reduced VAT on new houses (until the end of 2012).
