Resuming property publications
It is not my habit to address here personal issues, but I feel the need of an explanation for those of you who do me the honor to visit these pages regularly, so as to find out new real estate and discover their future property in Spain.
I live in Madrid, and my old parents were living in Lausanne, 1,500 km. from here. Last December, my mother fell seriously ill, in January, I lost my father, and in February, my mother joined him. This resulted in three urgent and unforeseen journeys, two of them a fortnight long, and the catalog has stayed almost paralyzed: three new properties in a quarter is not much. Due to these circumstances, more trips will be needed during this year.
Confronted to the phenomenon of mourning, I came to the conclusion that now is the time to have a good life, because after it's too late. It is likely that you think the same, and motivated by this thought, I shortly will resume the publication of newly listed properties in Spain, at the rate of four or five per week. For as you also probably are looking for a place where to live well, I really enjoy to let you discover it.
Here I also thank those of you who have offered their sympathy and wish you a lot of pleasure while visiting this Spanish properties catalogue, thanking you for your comprehension about the mistakes you will find in my „Swiss Federal English”…
