Of course, a price has to be paid for that, and many readers currently ask me about the evolution of prices. Let's be clear: even in High Schools of Economics, the crystal bowl is not a matter of lecture. But about detached properties, my feeling is that the prices now have hit bottom: their owners will not give their villas away, anyway; they will prefer to wait until prices recover. Above all considering that the ones who had to sell urgently, now have sold. This is about detached properties. For apartments, it is another story. But villas between 200,000 and 300,000 euro nowadays sell quite well, just as well as when they were priced between 300,000 and 400,000, some five or six years ago. So, will 2012 be YOUR year ? It will be all advantages:
