Quarterly information bulletin
Due to a temporary failure from my mailing form supplier (one of the very few out-sourced resources in this web), the subscription to the INSERT more or less quarterly information bulletin can now only be made by e-mail: and since some “webmails” badly support automatic opening e-mail (yahoo, for instance), here is the address which you can copy and paste: jgaillard@insertcasa.com .
The objective of this mailing is above all to remind you the existence of INSERT from times to times. I also sometimes send an e-mail to my list when a really extraodrinary opportunity arises: approximately once a year, or less. Eventually, each year in november, you will receive the Spanish official holidays calendar for the coming year. The last one can be visited here (opens in a new window).
As an example, you will find the mailing of july 1st here (opens in a new window). To cancel the subscription is easy: another e-mail, that's all.
Denia's office removal
The INSERT correspondent in Denia office will move by the end of July. For this reason, it will be closed from tuesday, July 28th in the evening, till monday, August 3rd, morning.
Visiting properties in summer
In summer, many of the properties we have for sale in Spain are let by their owners, wishing to get some profit out of them, before they eventually sell. It is understandable that the holiday maker renting the house is making holiday, and does not too much like business related visits. For this reason, the property choice is smaller, and should you plan to visit a house or an apartment for sale in Spain this summer, please let me know about it early enough.
